Returns and Refunds 

We have a 7 day Return Policy, If you are not happy with your purchase, Products must be returned in original condition within 7 Days of purchase unused and undamaged, All refunds are subject to a 10% Handeling/Restocking Fee. The customer is liable for all transport costs relating to the return. (Please note refunds are NOT issued to any used or damaged products)

Warrenty and Guarantee 

In the case there is a problem with the unit we will take care of it at one of our repair shops JHB or CPT if you are in another area you can book a collection below.

All our hoverboards come with a limited 1 year Warrenty on the battery and the motherboard. The Warrenty covers balancing issues, gyro issues, motherboard issues and any battery issues. Warrenty excludes Ware and Tare (Cover Damage, External Damage, Tires and Tubes), Water damage and any other user caused damage is also excluded from warrenty. HBP carries the right of assessment to determine if Ware and Tare resulted in the damage.

How does it work? 

You can send your unit to our offices or book a collection below fill in all the necessary details for the collection please add any other info regarding the issue with the board as well as your purchase date or invoice number.

What is the cost? 

All collections are charged a Collection Fee if they need to be collected. You are welcome to drop your unit at one of our offices if you prefer. Any repairs that need to be quoted for will be quoted on before repairs start on the unit for a price guide have a look the the parts shop, Labour is charged at R250 per hour.
